Clause 1:-
All orders placed through this web portal are bound against the terms and conditions set out within the A Leaf FZCO supply contract.

Clause 2:-
Orders placed through this dealer portal are confirmed orders on receipt of invoice from A Leaf FZCO and full payment of this invoice.

Clause 3:-
Once full payment is made against the invoice, all orders placed through this dealer portal are seen as 100% confirmed by both parties.

Clause 4:-
Reward scheme discounts are only valid against Control4 products. All other products are based on their standard discounting structure.

Clause 5:-
A Leaf FZCO reserves the right to change pricing and discounts without notice.

Clause 6:-
A Leaf FZCO will only accept orders through this dealer portal.

Clause 7:-

All information, login details and pricing on the ALeaf FZCO web portal is strictly confidential and should not be shared with external parties or

companies.

Clause 8:-

ALeaf FZCO reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee for any cancelled paid orders.

Clause 9:-
Changes to paid orders will have to be made before shipping and within 5 days after payment has been received.

Clause 10:-
All paid orders will need to be collected within 1 month of payment receipt. A Leaf FZCO reserves the right to charge 10% of the value of the order per month as a storage fee.
